The Academic Development Programme (AGEP) training, organised to facilitate the adaptation of new faculty members to Uşak University and to enable them to carry out their research, development and social contribution activities more effectively, has been successfully completed.

The training programme, coordinated by the Uşak University Technology Transfer Office (UTTO) and carried out in collaboration with the Uşak University Distance Education System (UZEM) and the Uşak University Continuing Education Research and Application Centre (USEM), was held online between 30 June and 10 July 2025.

Within the scope of AGEP, the following topics were covered: Academic Life and Career Development, Accessible University, Psychological Support Processes, Individual and Institutional Evaluation Processes of Academic Performance Data, Introduction to the Research Ecosystem, Internationalisation, Joint Degree Programmes, International Students, Industry Collaboration and Intellectual Property Rights, Social Contribution, Institutional Development and Evaluation, and Institutional Integrated Information Management System.
