Uşak University successfully held its seventh "International Staff Week" event, a tradition it has established in line with its internationalization vision, between May 4-8, 2026.

The program titled “Inter-University Cooperation in Local and Regional Development: Opportunities to Access EU – TÜBİTAK Funds,” organized by Uşak University, was held at the Recep Tayyip Erdoğan Congress and Culture Center.

The seventh International Staff Week, traditionally organized by Uşak University since 2019, began with a ceremony held at the Recep Tayyip Erdoğan Congress and Culture Center on May 4, 2026.

Uşak University, which has always supported the Palestinian cause and strives to make the voice of the Palestinian people heard through various activities, held a “March for Hope for Gaza, Brotherhood for Humanity”.

An emergency evacuation drill with a scenario was conducted on Friday, August 1st at the Rectorate building and the Recep Tayyip Erdoğan Congress and Culture Center.

Continuing its mission to bring science and the public together, Uşak University visited Yenişehir Village in Uşak Central District this week as part of its “University – Village Meetings” with an event titled “Science Café.

Uşak University’s Technology Transfer Office (TTO) organized a “TÜBİTAK TEYDEB 1505–1507 Project Writing Training” for academics and industry representatives from Uşak province.

This week's stop for the ‘Science Café’ events organised by Uşak University was the village of Güre in central Uşak.

The “Climate Change and Sustainable Agriculture Society” at Uşak University organised a three-day technical and cultural trip to Konya as part of the “Steps For The Agriculture Of The Future” (SFAF) project, supported by the Ministry of Youth and Sports.
