Uşak University is ready for the "2023-2024 Academic Year Orientation Program" for newly registered students. The 5-day orientation program prepared for newly registered students at Uşak University includes many events, from the bus station welcoming to the rector-student meeting.

"2023-2024 Academic Year Orientation Program" was prepared by Uşak University Department of Health, Culture and Sports for newly registered students. Within the scope of the program, a welcome will be held at the bus station on September 30, October 1-2, a Welcome on Campus will be held on October 2-3, and the Rector Student Meeting will be held at the Recep Tayyip Erdoğan Congress and Culture Center on October 4, and student groups will open a stand on campus. The "Discovering My City" event will be held on October 23-27.

Uşak University Rector Prof. Dr. Ekrem Savaş who emphasized that universities are better with students, said, “I congratulate our new students joining our family for choosing Uşak University which has adopted the principle of providing student-oriented and quality higher education services. Uşak University Rector Prof. Dr. Ekrem Savaş who said that we have been working to develop Uşak University and make its name known internationally since the first day their work ; stated that they are included in the world's leading university rankings such as Times Higher Education (THE), SCIMAGO, UI Green Metric, URAP, Quacquarelli Symonds (QS) and that they are rising higher in these rankings every year. “Uşak University which is the shining star of the region with its 17-year-old, young, dynamic, nationally and internationally successful staff, student-centered management approach, modern, green and social campus, which has barrier-free university awards, and offers employment opportunities to its students before graduation, is ready to meet its new students. We are waiting for our students to the 2023-2024 Academic Year Orientation Program," said Rector Prof. Dr. Ekrem Savaş.

The young  will know Uşak with "I'm Discovering My City"

Rector Prof. Dr. Savaş also said, “The 'Discovering My City' project, which is included in our orientation program, is a great chance for our students who have been accepted our university. Thanks to this project, both our students from outside the city and our students from Uşak have detailed information about the history and cultural diversity of Uşak "I would also like to thank our institutions and managers who supported us in realizing this project," he said.
