An academic cooperation protocol was signed between Uşak University and Iğdır University to improve institutional cooperation.

Rector of Uşak University, Prof. Dr. Ekrem Savaş and Rector of Iğdır University,  Prof. Dr. Mehmet Hakkı Alma signed a protocol  for five years. In line with the protocol, academic staff and student exchanges will be provided between the two universities. Within the scope of the protocol, exchange of faculty members, exchange of students for academic study, exchange of students and post-doctoral researchers to carry out basic scientific research will be made.

Uşak University Rector Prof. Dr. Ekrem Savaş stated that the studies carried out jointly between universities are very valuable and that students have the opportunity to develop themselves more with such protocols. Thanking for his hospitality to Rector Prof. Dr.Alma, Rector Prof. Dr. Savaş wished the protocol to be good.

Rector Alma, on the other hand, wished that the protocol would be beneficial for both universities and stated that such cooperation protocols allow staff and students to improve their perspectives.

The protocol ended with the presentation of gifts and the taking of photos.
