Faculty of Fine Arts was established by the Council of Ministers on 19 th September of 2007 as stated in the 20198 numbered law dated 14 th September of 2007 and according to the addition 30 th item of 2809 numbered law.

   Professor Doctor Ayşe Üstün was nominated as the dean of the faculty on 16 th April of 2008. In 2008-2009 academic year 15 students are going to be chosen to the deparment of ceramics through special aptitude exam.
