AIM OF FOUNDATION

According to the higher education law numbered 2547, in higher education institutes, Atatürk’s principles and revolutions course is one of the compulsory courses. The aim of the department is to educate students who adopt Atatürk’s principles and revolutions which are the base of Turkish Republic and in accordance with these educating individuals. The department aims to contribute to the development of Turkish Republic with the individuals who are conscious by comprehending the situation of Turkish republic before its foundation, the Atatürk’s principles and revolutions and Kemalist way of thinking, dependent on Atatürk nationalism, conscious about his responsibilities for his country. And also the aim is to use visual materials, organize conferences and trips and use films and slides.
